BAL Micromax Sealant from Topps Tiles - Jasmine An anti-mould silicone sealant for walls and floors. It includes microban antimicrobial protection to ward off bacteria and black mould. The formula is waterproof and weatherproof, so it can be used outdoors. Highly adhesive - perfect for a job that needs to last. It's versatile enough for sealing movement joints. You can use it on most surface types, including acrylic, ceramic, fibreglass, glass, glazed and painted. It's suitable for dry or wet areas, whether inside or outside the house. One key point to note is that it can't be used for some natural stones. It cures in 24 hours (per 3mm thickness). BS EN 15651 :3:2012 XS classification. 8.8m coverage (with bead size 6x6mm).
