How do I get a refund?

We apologise that the product you bought has failed to meet your expectations. LoveHomeStyle does not produce, sell or deliver any products directly, so you should contact the retailer of the product you purchased for its returns policy and further details.

What are my legal rights?

You have a legal right to cancel your order in the UK, under the U.K.’s Consumer Contracts Regulations from June 2014, within 14 (14) days following delivery. Refunds for an order cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be according to your rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products while in your possession. You will get a complete refund of the price of the Products you have bought.
