The contoured design not only looks great but has huge ergonomic value as well. You will find Half Moon Chairs on sale elsewhere but we doubt they will be of the hand-finished quality you see here. Many of them also have a much thinner contour to the back section that detracts from their design as a whole. The individual parts are rigidly fixed together using mortice and tenon joints further reinforced with teak dowels to ensure long-lasting usability and a seamless finish. Teak is also well known for being the best wood for use in outdoor furniture. Its naturally oily nature means it requires no maintenance and can be just left to age gracefull
